Abstract

In this paper the problem area of obligation and implementation of decisions reached in administrative dispute resolution is analysed. In the introductory part of the paper the importance of the concept of obligation of court decisions for an effective system of administrative-judicial supervision of administration work is emphasised. Then, the regulation of obligation and the implementation of court decisions pursuant to the current Administrative Dispute Resolution Act as well as the regulation of the same material in compliance with the new Administrative Dispute Resolution Act which was enacted January 1, 2012 are analysed. In the conclusion, the author warns of the basic problems and the consequences that can cause new regulation of and implementation of court decisions and again emphasises the importance of the concept of obligation of court decisions for a quality system of administrative adjudication process.
