Culinary art - part of culture of life and spiritual heritage in Croatian tourist supply

Abstract
Low extra consumption in Croatia indicates that traditional unimaginative tourist supply should be changed " Culinary identity, as a part of spiritual heritage, may contribute to better image of destination and consequently, competitive tourism by organized integration into tourist offer. To achieve this aim, it is necessary to raise consciousness of local people about original values and preferences; however it is also necessary to ensure the support provided by the government institutions.
