Comparative investigation on disinfecting preparations properties of "Armiton", "Hibitane" and "Halamid" in dairy industry

Abstract
Disinfection is a very important treatment in industrial milk production and manufacture. In praxis sanitation measures enable technology of good quality of milk and milk products owing to the fact that only good microbiological condition could guarantee success in achieving products of good quality.
