Milk evaporation in falling film evaporators

Abstract

The authors dismiss the hydrodynamics of milk flow during evaporation in falling film evaporators, further the questions of energy utilization for milk evaporation. Milk film flow through vertical pipeline is presented by differential equations, and other parametres calculated.
