Seasonal variation of some minerals in milk of large herds

Abstract
The samples of bulk milk from seven large herds were analyzed each decade over one year. On the basis of 284 samples the seasonal variation of Ca, P, CI, Na, K, Zn and ash content was studied in milk of black-white Friesien and red-spotted (Simmental) cattle as well as in bulk milk of whole supply.
