Abstract

Speaking in the contemporary context of education and school education as the transferor, necessarily talk about culture in education and the culture of the school. The paper also analyzes the concept of inclusive education and culture clearly considers its factors in relation to inclusive orientation, inclusive ethos and inclusive activities. Discusses the need to monitor and improve the quality of inclusive school culture through inclisiveness indicators implemented in the self-evaluation of schools that will enable a better quality of education of students with disabilities. In conclusion, critically analyzes the state of inclusive culture in the Croatian educational system versus the exiting legislation and international trends with a focus on developing a comprehensive system of support in inclusive schools.
