Examination of changes of the nutrition value of UHT sterilized milk containing different quantities of milk fat in the course of storage

Abstract
The alteration of the composition and nutritive value of the UHT-sterilized and 60 days stored milk was investigated. The results shoved the significant decreasing of the Ca and P content and in significant changes of the others compounds. Organoleptic and microbiologic investigations shoved the good quality of the samples after 60 days storing.
