Abstract
In modern countries in terms of entrepreneurship development, most businesses consider human resource as an investment that allows the integration of business plans and skills of employees, in order to achieve the objectives in the economic growth of products and services. In return, the employees in accordance with its objectives can benefit in terms of compensation for the work, opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills, and career development. Contemporary apprehension shows that an entrepreneurship career is dynamic category, and that it is related to everything one does, not only to the job and the profession. It includes education, family roles and all leisure time activities that an individual is engaged in. The career development strategy involves anticipating the activity plan and ways of eliminating the identified flaws, or use of benefits, in order to achieve the objectives. Career management strategies can be of various types and categories, depending on our personality, individual needs, motives, goals, time available, and environmental factors.
