Abstract

The aim of the research was to establish the relation between motor abilities and motor skill Basic floor shoot (handball) from the official curriculum of physical education for female pupils in fifth grade. Accordingly, a sample of 152 female pupils aged 11 years was applied to 21 tests for the evaluation of motor abilities and one test for the evaluation of motor skill. Results from multiple regression analysis show that the execution of the test motor skill Basic floor shoot (handball) is mostly determined by mechanisms for the regulation of movement. This shows the importance of choosing curriculum topics and kinesiology operators in the programming process of physical education, which will largely contribute to the transformation of the individual dimensions of anthropological characteristics, all in order to achieve the desired final state for pupils. Also, the results suggest on which motor skills should we primarily focus in the process of monitoring and evaluation of pupils in order to get better results in the evaluation of motor skill Basic floor shoot (handball).
