THE COMPARISON OF PROCESS MATURITY MODELS

Abstract

Business process orientation is connected with the success of an organization. In that context the importance if process maturity should be addressed. Every organization has the goal to reach the highest level of maturity that enables organization continuous improvement and process development. There is the plethora of business process maturity models in the body of literature. The research question that has to be answered is what model is the most appropriate one. For that purpose the comparative analysis of process maturity models is developed and presented in this paper.
