Abstract
Different shapes and dimensions of trampoline make it possible for this apparatus to be used not only in sports, but in education and recreation process as well. With no big reason, trampoline is not very much used in physical education classes, especially classes for female students. During the 30s, the exercising on trampoline began in the schools in the USA and Western Europe, and during the 50s, competitions in trampolining were organized.
Gymnasts, springboard divers etc. use trampoline (large and small) as an auxiliary apparatus in training, in order to master the complex movements that include rotations, using less effort and applying a smaller number of repetitions. According to researches, the exercises on trampoline affect the increase of the level of some motor abilities. When using the trampoline, it is necessary to take precautions. The repertoire of jumps on a mini-trampoline is large (for the girls of different ages) and the usage is not limited.
