Abstract

It is evident that the advisory aspect of school pedagogy plays the central role
in achieving satisfactory, yet optimum levels of development of macro and micro school
systems. The sense of the development and advisory activities rests in an
interdisciplinary approach to complex everyday issues concerning educational practice,
with the aim of adjusting the process elements to the individual needs of pupils, as well
as the general needs of the social community. The curriculum must take into account the
requirements, influences and the role of the social community (the state), local
community, participants in the education process, pedagogical management of schools,
and parents' expectations. The knowledge about the management of human resources
covers all sectors, and schools are no exception. We must respect the partnership and
equality of all stakeholders in the education process to ensure quality development.
