Abstract

The time of great changes in which we live is recognizable by a strong
development of science and a series of scientific disciplines (natural and social),
which reflect the theoretical and methodological paradigm based on the systematic
approach. Such an approach represents a foundation of development of awareness
that the quality of living, upbringing and education of a schoolchild is determined by
an entire combination of interactions of various dimensions of the educational
institution, i.e. its whole context, which is particularly important to be followed in the
process of raising quality of practice thereof.Possibilities of achievement of a more quality educational practice in the early
and preschool educational institution are problematized in the work, regarding its
connection with the practitioners' methods of thinking and beliefs. A better awareness
of their own implicit pedagogies as well as understanding of their impacts on quality
of the educational practice have been tried to be made possible to the practitioners by
an action-ethnographic research taken in few early and preschool institutions and to
qualify them for the research and gradual change of quality of the educational
practice. By a continuous joint research, one has tried to turn the included educational
institutions into a place of joint quality living and continuous learning of children and
adults.
