An international, double-anonymized peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and empirical research on business performance, quality, and organizational excellence across sectors and regional contexts, with particular emphasis on the application, adaptation, and development of globally recognized frameworks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The journal welcomes submissions addressing private and public organizations in manufacturing, services, public administration, healthcare, education, energy, finance, and digital platforms, as well as studies examining performance and organizational learning dynamics at the organizational, team, and ecosystem levels.

The journal’s scope includes digital transformation and innovation; strategic performance and excellence frameworks; leadership and organizational development; quality management systems and process improvement; and sustainability and the evolution of ESG. The journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage manuscript submission and peer review. The journal is indexed in ABI/INFORM Collection, CNKI, East & Central Europe Database, EBSCOhost Databases, EconLit, ERIH PLUS, RePEc, ProQuest Social Science Premium Collection, selective CABI indexing (CAB Abstracts / Global Health).
