Alpha decay widths and their systematics in lead and sub-lead nuclei

Sažetak
The method of non-local barrier theory is applied to the consideration of α-decay widths of lead and sub-lead nuclei. Penetration factor PL is calculated for a barrier which is taken to be coulombic superposed by non-local α-nucleus potential and semiempirical values of reduced widths (hFL.) calculated from the relationship FL = λL/PL. Some new systematics of reduced widths are given and results are discussed.
