The result have shown that insane mentally retarded criminal offenders mostly have comorbiditv diagnosis, have been previously treated in psychiatric institutions and are rather young. They most frequently make property offenses, fatal offenses, and personal offenses. The tendency of long term hospitalization has been noted due to various psychological and social factors.
