Sažetak
The research examines the attitudes of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Lika-Senj County on the implementation of educational inclusion. The results show if the support of the school is higher, teachers will have more positive attitudes towards the methodic and didactic aspects of work, individualization of teaching programs and professional development and co-operation. If co-operation with parents is smaller, elementary school teachers will have more positive attitudes towards methodic and didactic shaping of teaching, will be more competent in work, individualize the program more and will be more professionally trained and co-operative. Conversely, secondary school teachers have positive attitudes toward the co-operation with parents of these pupils. The older teachers and teachers with the lower level of education will have more positive attitudes toward the inclusion of these students into the system, which is contrary to expectations. The Inclusive Culture of the School has taken root in the schools in Lika Senj County, which can be seen from the mostly positive attitudes of teachers towards inclusion, statistically significantly more in elementary schools than in secondary schools, but there is still room for progress.
