Relations between situational -related motor abilities and elements of technique in football

Sažetak
The main objective of the paper was to find out relations between 21 situation - related motor tests and the variable of technique in football. Th tests have been selected so as to cover the space of hypothetic latent dimensions: precise shooting, handling the ball, playing the ball forward, the force of kicking the ball and the speed of curvilinear running. The application of regression analysis method has produced relatively high and significant multiple correlations. The criterion variable of techniques is best defined by the variables of the force of kicking, the speed of playing the ball with the change of direction at right angle, the elevation precision of hitting a horizontal target and the force of kicking the ball in the air.
