On Understanding of Dayton Constitution 10 years later

Sažetak

Author's paper objective is searching of Dayton's peace agreement background which was political compromise rationalized and constructed for stopping of war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the same time author gives a special attention to activities of Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and International Tribunal for War Crimes in Yugoslavia because these institutions are opening a questions of relevance for the country future.
