Comparative research of classical and constant-flow milk sampling during the collection from collection points

Sažetak
Milk sampling by means of a constant-flow device for creating a representative sample at the time milk is already in use in Yugoslavia. As this method does not exist in the current Book of Regulations, its application is being challenged by the competent inspection authorities. Results arising from comparative analyses of milk sampling in the manner called for in the Book of Regulations and by the constant-flow sampling method show that the constant-flow sampling method produces representative milk samples displaying the average content of the overall quantity of milk large-volume milk containers.
