Study of the growth of higher fungi Agaricus campestris and Morchella hortensis in submerged culture using the whey as the growth medium

Sažetak
In this work whey was used as the growth medium for submerged cultivation of higher fungi Agaricus campestris and Morchella hortensis. From the obtained experimental results it is possible to conclude that A. campestris grows both in undiluted as well as in diluted whey. Tne first stage of the growth of M. hortensis was not noticed in undiluted but it develops well in diluted whey. Potato infusion stimulates development of used higher fungi in whey.
