Abstracts
The Interior Design Workshop aims to contribute to a proper understanding of interior design in architecture in all its complexity. It presents an effective and creative teaching strategy focused on an attempt to raise students’ awareness of the challenge involved in an architectural intervention in scale 1:1. The booklet documents the studio in academic year 2015/16 which focused on the design of a student room for two occupants within a given cube-shaped unit. In order to define the program of their accommodation units, the students gathered information through personal contacts: they conducted interviews with their colleagues and friends studying at different faculties of the University of Zagreb.
