Sažetak

The aim of this study is to determine the predictive power of adolescents’ trait anxiety level in Physical Education (PE) lesson on their attitudes towards the lesson. The study group consisted of 708 secondary school students (Mage=16.00 years, SD=1.17) who were attending different secondary schools. In addition to the descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, such as correlation and regression analysis were used in this research. The study illustrated that PE lesson trait anxiety level was an important predictor of the attitude levels towards PE lesson. It was found that the students’ attitudes towards PE lessons were positive, and their PE trait anxiety levels were moderate.
