Sažetak

Polizym® preparations improve digestion and decomposition of complex molecules of food to simpler ones thus affecting more efficient transformation of nutritive matters in body tissues. lmpact of the addition of enzymatic preparations under market names: Polizym®, Polizym®-G and Polizym®-BX on the meat production of fattened chickens has been examined. Biological efficiency of added enzymes is shown by better fattening and slaughtering characteristics (live weight, conversion, slaughtering weight) of experimental groups compared to the control group of chicken. Justification of adding Polizym®, Polizym-®G and Polizym®-BX in to chicken mixture was confirmed by economic analysis.
