Sažetak

The paper speaks about the way in which Ivo Andric Foundation gained the copyright
to his work and problems of getting permission for publishing his works. The
special emphasis is put on the case of publishing Andric’s works The Damned
Yard, The Bridge on the Drina, Chronicles of Travnik and Short Stories in the edition
Croatian literature of B&H in one hundred books of Central Croatian Cultural
and Publishing Society Sarajevo, positive legal regulations regarding copy
and related rights as well as inheritance right.
