Production results and sensual quality of meat in broilers fed without animal proteins

Sažetak
The possibility of use of poultry feed without knackery products and fat, containing 46, 42 and 43 % of soya pellets was analysed in broilers. Production results obtained in the trial show the optimal average mass in the birds in group B (3,497 g) and in group C (3,464 g), food conversion in group B being 1.49 kg and in group C 1.61 kg, at the age of 49 days. The analysis of sensory characteristics of chicken meat did not display any differences between the analysed groups.
