The Results of Scientific Productivity Evaluation of Teachers Employed with the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, University of Mostar

Sažetak
The aim of the paper was to present the number of papers, citations, and authors per paper, h-index, and i10 index, compare them, and determine the differences between the groups of teachers at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, University of Mostar (APTF SUM): A—permanent employees, B—the teachers from other faculties, of the University of Mostar, and C—the teachers from other universities and institutions. The number of citations amounted to 58,656, and the number of papers was 9,290. The h‐index sum of all teachers amounted to 766 and 1,204 for the i10 index, respectively. The correlation between most of the measures was highly significant and complete. Regarding the number of citations, the h‐index, i10 index, the number of papers per teacher, and the differences between the teacher Groups A and B were not significant, while Group C differed significantly from the other groups. The teachers’ scientific productivity was visible at the international level and should be tested periodically for the sake of institutional evaluation and development.
