Abstract

In this paper, we will try to look at the importance and significance of corporate social responsibility of a company in the manner described by numerous definitions which indicate that besides fulfilling legal obligations, social responsibility is basically about investing in human capital, the environment and environmental relations, ad intra and ad
extra. The service users in Naftalan, a special hospital for medical rehabilitation, will be in our focus. The paper will analyze the survey (Patient Questionnaire) and will, based on the questionnaire, try to offer guidance for the future by comparing the possible same or similar questions which may have appeared in Naftalan prior to the survey. The paper will be based on the survey conducted (more precisely on the re-conduct of the survey and its comparison with the first survey) within Naftalan hospital.
Hypothesis 1 - a repeated survey will show significant deviations from the first survey in a negative sense - worse grades
Hypothesis 2 - a repeated survey will show significant deviations from the first survey in a positive sense - better grades
Hypothesis 3 - a repeated survey will not show significant deviations from the first survey
The essence of this research will lead to concrete suggestions that could improve working with patients, in such a way where both patients and personnel will be generally satisfied, with the reflection on increasing the quality of Naftalan institution itself.
