Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the role of business cooperation and support of colleagues to the school principal and the principal’s satisfaction with business cooperation in primary schools. During April, May and June 2021, an empirical quantitative research was conducted using the network survey method to gain insight into the understanding of business relationships between cooperation and support in the workplace and the level of business satisfaction among primary school principals in the Republic of Croatia. The research was conducted on a convenient sample of 483 members of the reference population. The research participants, principals of elementary schools, are satisfied with business cooperation and support at the workplace, that is, with the support of their colleagues, while they are moderately satisfied with their jobs. It was found that all conceptual variables are statistically significantly positively related.
