Sažetak

Dry dairy drinks enriched with vitamins A and D and ferro were produced using semi industrial spray-drier. The results of laboratory investigations daring eight mouth storage showed that quality o/ the enriched dry dairy drinks does not differ significantly from the control samples. According to this the industrial production of enriched dry dairy drinks is recommended, which is possible in sterilized dairy plants without special additional investments. Because of the law energetic and high nutritive value these products are appreciated in dietoteraphy and prevention the illnesses caused by irregular nutrition.
