Sažetak
The sample of 88 female and 91 male students attending the first year of secondary school was subjected to programmed training of repetitive force, organized on the system of 8 station during 8 teaching periods. The initial and final states were assessed by means of three variables.
In all variables there was a significant improvement in results. The females improved most in the repetitive leg strength and the males in the repetitive arm and shoulder strength.
As for the correlations among the variables, they were greater for boys in the first measurement, but in the second they did not change significantly. With females, the primarily weaker correlations increased, under the influence of programmed training, indicating also qualitative changes.
The first principal component of differences has the same structure of variables for both samples but it better represents the differences in females. The variable of the repetitive strength of the trunk has the greatest projections, while the variables of the repetitive strength or arms and shoulder as well as the repetitive strength of legs have similar but smaller coefficients. It can therefore be concluded that the applied tests do not follow the topological principle.
The applied program of kinesiologic transformations in both samples brought about quantitative and qualitative changes and its content and volume can serve as a model for programmed training of repetitive strength for similar samples.
