The Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists publishes a scientific-professional journal entitled „Croatian Journal of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition“. The journal covers areas mentioned in the title. The journal is published twice per year in double numbers. The journal's editor-in-chief is assoc.prof. Sven Karlović. The Deputy Editor-in-Chief is assoc.prof. Filip Dujmić. The Full Professor and Executive editor is prof. Ivana Rumbak.
